After the demonetization we heard that there is a chip in the new 500 and 2000 rupees note.But it has been proved that there is no chip. All those were rumors. But again a new rumor spread that Modi Ji speaks in the new notes. This was also a rumor. Many apps were created in which by scaning the new notes Modi Ji speaks in it. These all were pranks.
